Business Development Representative (BDR) – US Market Focus (Remote)

Are you a sharp, structured B2B sales professional who knows how to create pipeline from scratch and convert outbound outreach into real business? We’re hiring a remote Business Development Representative to help us scale high-quality lead generation and deal flow for digital-first clients targeting the US market.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the rhythm of outbound sales, has experience speaking with decision-makers, and thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and nurturing leads, and helping move them through the sales funnel in collaboration with our consultants and closers.

Core Focus Areas

  • Outbound and Inbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Engaging and nurturing B2B leads
  • High-quality pipeline building
  • Deal nurturing and post-engagement follow-ups

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B commercial sales, ideally managing full lead-to-close cycles
  • High intelligence and quick learning ability—comfortable with case simulations
  • 2+ years working with the US market, with cultural fluency and strong business awareness
  • Proven experience with outbound and inbound outreach—cold calling, email prospecting, Linked In outreach, and building lead lists
  • Hands‑on experience using lead engagement tools—especially Hub Spot CRM
  • Success in converting cold leads into discovery calls or qualified opportunities
  • Strong communication skills—confident in business-level discussions with stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating at the "middle layer" level—speaking to decision-makers, not just end users or C‑suite
