* JOB SUMMARY:

** We are looking for a strategic, data-driven and experienced Strategic Marketing & Industry Analysis leader based in United States, West Coast preferred. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Corporate Marketing based in Hong Kong and leads a high-impact team in China. You will drive market intelligence, industry research & analysis, data analysis, executive level presentation and strategic planning to support the Commercial Sector’s growth and decision-making

* ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Lead quarterly engagement with key industry stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, customers, research institutes). Publish, participate, and present the comprehensive industry analysis reports to senior management quarterly, including market forecasts, supply-demand dynamics, and trend insights.
* Work with the strategic marketing team to monitor market developments, media coverage, and stakeholder activities to deliver timely business impact assessments.
* Conduct market research and data analysis from the annual customer satisfaction survey activity to identify and predict current and future market & customer trends.
* Support yearly STRAP (Strategic Planning) and budget planning cycle activities with industry and market analysis, STRAP and budget preparations and presentations.
* Own and assess the appropriate research database and reports for analysis. Work with the research institutes to conduct and deliver the research analysis for the company and internal users.
* Work closely with supervisor, Sector and Business Unit Presidents to fulfill business analysis requests and deliver actionable insights.
* Lead and participate the assigned company growth initiatives to deliver business growth results.
* Manage and develop a high-performing team to ensure alignment with the company and strategic goals of the department / function.
** Qualifications & Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline including Engineering; MBA preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in business consulting, strategic planning, or market analysis.
* Experience in the printed circuit board (“PCB”), semiconductor, or electronics industry is a strong advantage.
* Background in multinational corporations or global consulting firms is highly desirable.
** Key Competencies
*** Strong analytical, strategic thinking skills, and high quality business presentation.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English. Bi-lingual in English and Chinese (Reading and verbal) is highly preferred.
* Collaborative mindset with proven leadership and team development capabilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Competence in IT user skills in accessing company IT systems and data analysis tools.## ##
