Certified Mobile Notary Service ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).) is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Remote Real Estate Document Notary to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and efficient notarization of real estate documents while providing exceptional service to our clients.

• Perform remote notarial acts for various real estate documents, including loan agreements, deeds, and mortgage documents.
• Utilize secure online platforms to verify identities, witness signatures, and notarize documents in compliance with state regulations.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness before notarization.
• Communicate effectively with clients, borrowers, and other stakeholders to coordinate signings and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of notarial acts and transactions.

• Active Notary Public commission in your state.
• Previous experience as a notary public, particularly in notarizing real estate documents, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with remote notarization platforms and technology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Competitive compensation package, with rates typically ranging from $125.00 to $200.00 per document notarized, based on experience and location.
