• Implement rigorous problem-solving to address clients' operational challenges and support business scaling
• Lead complex operational engagements, managing junior team members to deliver exceptional results
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide recommendations and manage expectations
• Utilize best practices and knowledge of back-office systems to implement payroll workflows and compliance frameworks
• Mentor junior team members and guide them through complex operational engagements

• 4-6+ years of relevant work experience in back-office operations or operational finance at a high-growth company
• Technical expertise in payroll, benefits administration, AP/AR, or compliance is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage operational workflows end-to-end
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on structured frameworks and action plans

• Experience working on complex operational engagements with junior team members
• Exposure to technology or internal functions at startups or small/medium-sized businesses
• Familiarity with Notion or similar operational tools
