OverviewWe are hunting for a hunter—an ambitious Head of Growth who will be a catalyst for uncovering and connecting innovative brands and opportunities. You will partner with the Founder & Chief Executive Officer to architect our new business plan and stay focused on measurable short‑term and long‑term goals.
Responsibilities- Generate quality, net‑new business leads, ideally at SVP/Marketing or CMO level.
- Architect MONO’s new business plan in partnership with the Founder & CEO.
- Stay relentlessly focused on finding ways to give us a competitive advantage and increase our odds of winning.
- Lead growth strategy, plan, and execution across the agency.
- Report directly to the Founder & Chief Executive Officer.
- 8+ years of professional experience in brand building, modern marketing, or an advertising‑adjacent services industry.
- Successful track record of uncovering opportunities, forging authentic relationships, and converting opportunities into realities.
- Agency experience preferred, particularly in a business development or related role.
- Open to remote work at the onset.
- Willingness to relocate to Minneapolis/St. Paul within 12–18 months of employment.
- Annual travel of 25%+ required.
- Hybrid work model: onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; additional in‑office days as needed.
