To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Manager to join our Product team
.

This team is guided by what our customers want.

As part of this team, you’ll help us turn user needs into seamless solutions – informed by our design, data and business strategy. From discovery to delivery, you’ll work closely with designers, engineers and analysts to build solutions that are beautiful, functional and measurable.

• Product definition and discovery
  :
  Lead product discovery efforts and define a detailed roadmap and product specifications for a number of complex use cases and stakeholders.
• Prioritization and planning
  :
  Prioritize and plan product development efforts by partnering with development teams, product managers, and business leaders.
• Product delivery
  :
  Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to deliver on your plans, organize and participate in day-to-day activities, and ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
• Stakeholder management
  :
  Manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, analysts, and senior management.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager for software products, working within cross-functional teams
• A lean, user-centric approach to solving complex business problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English, with the ability to clearly articulate technically and strategically complex concepts to diverse audiences at all levels
• A pragmatic mindset, with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet ambitious targets
• Strong understanding or awareness of data modelling and the data-related implications of product decisions
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous or fast-changing environments

• Experience in the insurance sector or other regulated industries
• Experience launching products in new markets
• Experience in B2B products (or SAAS)
