Job Description:

We are seeking reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Mobile Notary Signing Agents to assist with real estate closings, loan document signings, and general notary work. As a mobile notary, you will travel to clients' locations, provide exceptional service, and ensure accurate document execution.

Responsibilities:

Meet clients at mutually agreed-upon locations to notarize documents.  Review and explain loan documents, ensuring clients understand their commitments.  Verify signers’ identities and ensure compliance with state notary laws.  Properly execute and notarize documents.  Return signed and notarized documents promptly and securely.

Job Requirements:

Must be a commissioned notary public in your state.  Mobile notary certification preferred (training available).  Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.  Access to a high-speed internet connection and a printer/scanner.  Professional demeanor, excellent communication, and organizational skills.  Flexibility to accommodate clients’ schedules, including evenings and weekends.
