This is What You Will DoThe Lead, Compliance, AIR plays a crucial role in ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies; identifying risks; and determining mitigation strategies.
You’ll Be Responsible For- Act as the point person for Chiesi USA Air BU, maintaining a strong culture of ethics and compliance and addressing daily BU queries.
- Manage and develop third‑party partnerships within the Air BU, ensuring joint activities comply.
- Coordinate cross‑BU activities, reviewing and approving Advisory Boards, Market Research, Sponsor ships, Congresses, and other activities.
- Conduct risk assessments with the Compliance Committee and team, identifying and mitigating risks for the Air BU and Chiesi USA.
- Collaborate with Legal, Patient Advocacy, Medical Affairs, ICT and other departments for a coordinated approach to compliance and risk management.
- Contribute to sustainability goals to advance impact on patients, customers, employees, community and the planet.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or compliance.
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical compliance, audit, and/or risk management.
- Experience in respiratory or a similar area.
- Experience with product launch.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in compliance and audit software and in MS Office.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written, verbal, and face‑to‑face communication with managers, partners, and government agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and resources concurrently with high attention to detail under changing priorities.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional).
- Experience in joint‑company activities.
