Job Summary

At Real Clean Aircraft Detailing, the Franchise Business Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting and guiding franchisees toward operational excellence and business growth. This highly autonomous role requires someone who takes full ownership of driving results, shaping the support program, and ensuring franchisees reach their potential. You will use your industry knowledge, analytical acumen, and adaptable problem‑solving skills to execute strategies while keeping the broader business objectives in sight.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership:
    Provide hands‑on support to franchise owners, coaching them on daily operations, technology use, and strategic planning to maximize their success.
  • Strategic Guidance:
    Act as a trusted advisor, helping franchisees set clear goals, track KPIs, and implement effective business strategies.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Gather, analyze, and interpret data to assess franchisee performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Ownership & Accountability:
    Take full responsibility for driving franchisee success, molding the support program, and ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards and goals.
  • Adaptable Problem‑Solving:
    Quickly identify challenges and develop agile solutions that align with both short‑term needs and long‑term objectives.
  • Proactive Communication:
    Maintain open lines of communication with franchisees and brand leadership, offering regular updates, feedback, and insights into the franchise system.
  • Coaching & Motivation:
    Inspire franchisees through regular one‑on‑one coaching calls (weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly) and celebrate milestones to drive motivation and accountability.
  • Field Engagement:
    Conduct on‑site visits as needed to provide in‑person support, mentorship, and evaluation.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner with internal teams to align operations with broader organizational goals and ensure seamless execution of new programs and initiatives.
  • Travel:
    Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for field visits and meetings.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    5+ years in franchise support, business consulting, small business ownership, or a related role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Self‑Starter:
    Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results without constant oversight.
  • Big‑Picture Thinker:
    Adept at aligning daily operations with long‑term business goals.
  • Problem‑Solving

    Skills:

    Ability to analyze challenges based on data and KPIs, adapt quickly, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage small groups and influence outcomes.
  • Time Management:
    Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

    Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for driving franchisee success.
  • Technical Aptitude:
