We are looking for a Sales Manager who will join our team and help us expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.

- Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and outreach to closing deals
- Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at sustainable growth and new revenue opportunities
- Conduct targeted prospecting (including account-based approaches) and build strong relationships with high-value accounts
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and service packages based on client needs.
- Lead negotiations and close contracts, ensuring long-term cooperation and high client satisfaction
- Manage and nurture leads at all stages: follow-ups, warm‑ups, and reactivation of stalled opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Presales, Delivery, and technical teams to ensure alignment between expected and delivered services
- Analyze market trends, test new sales channels, and identify business opportunities
- Maintain and update CRM (e.g., Hub Spot), prepare regular forecasts, reports, and pipeline overviews
- Experience in B2B sales within the IT service or outsourcing industry (software development, QA/testing, etc.).
- Strong understanding of how IT services are purchased, including delivery models and contract types
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to identify client pain points and offer effective solutions
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken)
- Proactive approach, result-driven mindset, and willingness to try new methods
- Experience working with enterprise or mid‑market clients
- Practical knowledge of CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred)
- Experience preparing proposals, pitches, commercial offers, or tenders
- Background or understanding of QA/testing processes or software development
- Experience in strategic or consultative sales
