Position: Sales Leadership Role (New York-remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed ambitious revenue targets
  • Join key client meetings to support deal closure and provide leadership presence
  • Manage day-to-day sales activity, including pipeline coverage, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with Product, Editorial, Marketing, and Events to create compelling sales packages and client messaging
  • Champion CRM discipline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales teams
  • Strong B2B media or events sales expertise, ideally in financial services or a related sector
  • Skilled in consultative, needs-based selling and business development
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • High commercial acumen, with experience in pricing, packaging, and sponsorship sales
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in developing high-performing sales teams
  • Background in digital media or content marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software
  • Strong networking skills within the media and events industry
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
