Elite Physio & Therapy and Clinic Equilibrium are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue, increase client engagement, and develop innovative marketing strategies. This part-time role offers a strong performance-based bonus structure, making it ideal for someone motivated by results and looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work in the health and wellness sector.
We are seeking a strategic and proactive professional with a proven track record in business development, marketing, or sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health, fitness, and wellness, with a strategic mindset and the ability to generate measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute a growth strategy to increase revenue, client bookings, and brand presence.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, gyms, corporate wellness programs, and referral networks.
- Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
- Launch referral programs, promotions, and sales-driven marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue growth, client conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness.
- Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers to promote services and create high-impact content.
- Work closely with the clinic and Pilates teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and brand messaging.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the health, fitness, or wellness industry.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth, increasing client engagement, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Digital marketing expertise, including social media strategy, email marketing, and content creation.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish partnerships and drive B2B and B2C sales.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting business performance metrics.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and proposals.
- Experience working in a health, physiotherapy, or fitness-related business.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, or CRM systems to optimise marketing performance.

Compensation PackageBase Salary: £16,000 - £19,000 per year (depending on experience)
