• Own the complete lodging product lifecycle from strategy to execution and performance measurement
• Lead the development of innovative booking experiences for hotels, vacation rentals, and other accommodations
• Define and optimize the end-to-end customer journey for lodging reservations, from search to booking to post-stay
• Collaborate with partners to expand our lodging inventory and enhance content quality
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement new lodging features and optimize existing functionality
• Drive after-sale service improvements for modifications, cancellations, and customer support
• Analyze user behavior and metrics to identify opportunities for conversion optimization
• Develop and execute competitive product strategy to differentiate our lodging offerings
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional strategies for accommodation products
• Prioritize product roadmap based on business impact and technical feasibility

• 5+ years of product management experience
  , with at least 3 years focused on travel or hospitality products
• Proven track record launching and scaling successful lodging products or features
• Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems
  , channel managers, and reservation technologies
• Experience with lodging content management including rates, availability, and property details
• Data-driven approach to product decision making with experience in A/B testing and analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to articulate product vision and requirements
• Experience creating detailed product specifications and working closely with engineering teams
• Strategic thinking balanced with tactical execution capabilities

• Experience with OTA platforms or hotel technology providers
• Knowledge of property management systems and their integrations
• Understanding of hotel rate parity and distribution agreements
• Familiarity with alternative accommodation models (vacation rentals, serviced apartments)
• Experience with API integrations for hotel inventory
• Background in UX/UI design principles for e-commerce platforms
• MBA or relevant advanced degree in business or hospitality management
