Business Development Associate
who will help expand our global client network across the life sciences sector focusing on Nordics region.
You’ll collaborate with senior leaders to identify new business opportunities, research target companies, and connect with key decision-makers in pharma and biotech. You’ll play a key role in introducing OPIS services, understanding client needs, and supporting long-term partnerships.
This is a Remote (work from home) position.
Your main responsibilities- Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and Linked In outreach.
- Research and analyze organizations to identify decision-makers.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and OPIS experts.
- Maintain CRM data and prepare regular activity reports.
- Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships.
- High school diploma or a degree
- 1 - 3 years of experience in sales (BDR, SDR, recruitment, etc.).
- Native/fluent Swedish or Danish and English with strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
