RESPONSIBILITIESPerform acknowledgments and proofs. Administer oaths and affirmations. Execute jurats or verifications on oath or affirmation. Certify copies. Note protests (Notaries performing this act must be employed by a depository institution and must be acting within their scope of employment).
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS- MUST be a U.S. citizen.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Notary Public certification. Clear a background check.
- Experience in notarizing loan documents.
- Familiarity with legal documents like wills, deeds, and car titles.
- Proficiency in typing and accurately filling out documents.
- Ability to translate and sign documents efficiently and accurately.
High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
PAYMENT$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
