• Lead a diverse team of Account Executives, fostering an environment of success
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings
• Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth
• Shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives
• Interview, hire, and train new team members as we scale the business and company

• 7+ years of SaaS sales experience
• 2+ years of management experience on a commercial SaaS sales team
• Experience selling to technical audiences (Engineering, Product, Design teams)
• Prior success leading a team while simultaneously contributing to deal execution with direct reports
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships with a focus on satisfaction
• Proven track record of leading sales teams to consistently meet and exceed goals

• Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company
• Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment
• Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology or similar frameworks

• Competitive base salary with annual bonus and incentive plan

Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub): $129,000 - $178,000 USD
