The Sales Director (Oil & Gas Industry Background) position focuses on sourcing, nurturing, and closing new clients primarily from your network and industry. This hunter role emphasizes building strong relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients, with primary focus on Energy sectors including Oil & Gas, Renewables, and Utilities.
- Hunting:
Building strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients, with a remit across industries and a primary focus on Energy (Oil & Gas, Renewables, and Utilities) industries. - Originating and nurturing business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities.
- Presenting unique value propositions tailored to the needs of potential clients senior executives.
- Developing strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
- Project Management:
Scoping projects, shaping engagements, and helping define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve desired business outcomes. - Planning, implementing, and managing lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
- Planning resources, organizing and mobilizing teams (including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery teams) throughout complex sales cycles.

Excellent understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends. - Strategic Approach:
Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships. - Technical Understanding:
