What you’ll do
As a Commercial Specialist, you will:

• Negotiate payments with businesses holding outstanding delinquent accounts for Caine & Weiner clients.
• Conduct outbound calls to assess financial situations, resolve disputes, and establish solutions.
• Use advanced skip tracing techniques to locate and contact debtors effectively.
• Create urgency, overcome obstacles, and secure resolutions through strategic communication.
• Utilize your investigative and analytical skills to review account details and tailor negotiation strategies.
• Deliver top-tier service while maintaining quality, productivity, and professionalism.

  Earn a base rate of starting at $18-$25 per hour, plus uncapped commission paid twice per month.
• Stability:
  Standard full-time schedule (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM) with no nights or weekends.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Commercial collections experience (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Proven expertise in skip tracing to locate hard-to-reach debtors.
• Familiarity with CUBS (CU EMULATE) software or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft systems, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Analytical problem-solving ability and a knack for multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• A positive, results-driven attitude and the ability to foster team collaboration.
