Role Overview
We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our client portfolio. This is a commission-based position, perfect for motivated individuals with strong networking, sales, or business development experience who want to earn unlimited income based on performance.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business clients who need recruitment support for their hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via Linked In, email, calls, and professional networks.
- Present Talent Hire Recruitment’s services to decision-makers (HR Directors, Founders, CEOs).
- Build long‑term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Negotiate terms and close service agreements.
- Coordinate with our internal recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in Client Acquisition, Business Development, B2B Sales, or Recruitment Sales.
- Must have one of the following Linked In subscriptions:
Linked In Lite, Linked In Sales Navigator, Linked In Recruiter. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and build lasting relationships.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and confident in handling international clients.
- Strong presence on Linked In or similar professional networks is a plus.
