RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer oaths/affirmations. Perform verifications upon oath/affirmation. Take acknowledgments. Witness or attest signatures. Certify/attest copies.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Notary Public certification. Clear a background check.
• Experience in notarizing loan documents.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to learn, cool under pressure, strong communicator, and honesty.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

PAYMENT

$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
