The Senior Client Success Manager at Travel Incorporated plays a pivotal role in fostering strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of accounts. This position drives client satisfaction and growth by delivering exceptional service, proactively addressing needs, and aligning solutions with client objectives, all while upholding the company’s commitment to excellence and ethical standards.

Responsibilities Include
  • Build and maintain proactive, regular client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
  • Prepare and present quarterly performance reports, highlighting KPIs, trends, and contract compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address escalated client issues, implement projects, and drive account expansion.
  • Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders on account status, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and leverage internal expertise to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications Include Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3+ years of account management, client success, or customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field

Key Skills & Qualities
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Business Suite, and CRM platforms (Concur Travel & Expense preferred); adept at basic computer operations and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at tailoring messages to diverse audiences, leading meetings, and fostering collaborative discussions.
  • Customer Focus: Empathetic and solution-oriented, balancing client needs with business objectives to drive value and growth.
  • Problem Solving & Initiative: Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in addressing challenges and achieving results.
  • Resiliency & Decision Making: Flexible in handling setbacks, confident in making informed decisions within authority, and adept at delivering tough news while maintaining trust.

Ideally, this role will be based near our Duluth, GA National Support Center, allowing the selected individual to work a hybrid in-office schedule. We will consider virtual candidates for this role, but reserve the right to limit hiring to states where we actively employ associates. This positions requires frequent travel to our Duluth, GA headquarters, to client sites and to industry events.

This is a remote position which will be located at the associate’s permanent residence. Candidates must reside in a state where Travel Incorporated is currently hiring and we reserve the right to decline applications based on location.
