As a Business Development Representative
, you'll play a key role in fueling revenue growth by building a qualified pipeline through strategic outreach and seamless collaboration with sales teams.

What You'll Do
  • Qualify and engage with inbound leads from marketing channels (website forms, and events)
  • Execute outbound prospecting activities to target accounts.
  • Source, research, and qualify potential prospects to create opportunities.
  • Book qualified meetings for AE’s.
  • Log all activity rigorously and accurately in SFDC.
  • Follow and refine outreach cadences and processes.
  • Communicate progress clearly and escalates blockers early.
  • Demonstrate growing ownership over tasks, outcomes and time management.

Our Sales Development team is a part of our Marketing org, but partner very closely with Sales.

What You Will Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging prospects via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and CRM discipline.
  • Demonstrated reliability in task execution and follow-through.
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to learn sales processes and tools.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with AEs and marketing.
  • Growth mindset, open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Work Arrangement

Remote — Work from eligible states within the USA. We provide the tools and flexibility you need to thrive.

Compensation

$70,000-$80,000 OTE (base + variable), depending on experience
