What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead product strategy and execution for license-based products related to Value Pathways powered by NCCN
  • Oversee customer onboarding, training, and lifecycle management to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Collaborate with clinical, technical, and marketing teams to align product offerings with NCCN guidelines
  • Drive go-to-market execution and develop sales enablement materials
  • Conduct customer research to enhance product features and positioning
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences preferred
  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in healthcare, oncology, or life sciences
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver complex digital products
  • Strong understanding of clinical pathways, NCCN guidelines, and market access dynamics
  • Experience with customer onboarding, training, and lifecycle management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • B2B experience preferred; experience in oncology or life sciences industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in tools such as Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, High Spot, and Asana
  • Demonstrated product ownership mindset and excellent analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to explore innovative ideas
  • Exceptional client management and presentation skills
