• Manage and maintain data quality of M&A prospects in CRM, including reports and dashboards
• Conduct primary research on owner-operated businesses and private equity portfolio companies
• Analyze market trends, industry sizing, and competitor dynamics related to software M&A
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects with senior M&A and Corporate Development leaders

• 2-4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, software, or data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point

• Experience leveraging AI for research and analysis
• High degree of professionalism and integrity
