Senior Sales Operations Analyst

• Partner with Sales and cross-functional leaders to optimize and redesign processes for Deal Support
• Identify, scope, resource, and prioritize strategic projects to enhance the Sales experience
• Develop operational measurements and KPIs to identify and resolve business process issues
• Manage cross-functional projects to align objectives and deliver outcomes that meet business goals
• Drive change management for process improvements, ensuring teams are equipped to adapt

• 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Operations role or similar growth/operations roles
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change
• Excellent communication skills, particularly with AVP+ levels of the organization
• Proficiency in  and familiarity with the sales technology ecosystem
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business, finance, economics, or engineering

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Strong ability to communicate complex issues to both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience as a Salesforce administrator is a plus
• Familiarity with Product Management and/or Six Sigma best practices
