This role is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives on creating and nurturing high-impact partnerships. As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiating deals to onboarding, activation, and long-term relationship management. You will collaborate across product, R&D, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate partner opportunities into tangible growth initiatives, driving measurable business impact and expanding the company’s reach across target industries.

Accountabilities
  • Own and manage the full partnership lifecycle, ensuring successful deal structuring, onboarding, activation, and ongoing growth.
  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual success and measurable business outcomes.
  • Source, negotiate, and close new partnerships that accelerate market reach across key verticals, including media, entertainment, and creative technology.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, marketing, sales, legal, and business leadership to translate partner opportunities into actionable initiatives.
  • Build operational excellence within the partnerships function by defining scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities, including strategic integrations, channel partnerships, and service or solution partners.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within B2B technology; experience in AI or creative tech is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end partnership cycles, from sourcing and negotiation through execution and ongoing growth.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and limited structure.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and persistent in ensuring projects reach successful completion.
  • Proactive problem solver, able to navigate ambiguity and move deals forward without waiting for perfect information.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and urgency in delivering results.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Nice to have:
    Experience in Media & Entertainment, Design & Visualization, Communication sectors, or managing distribution ecosystems including channels, marketplaces, and solution partners.
