We’re proud to have a diverse, global team where we value the individual and enrich our culture by considering varied perspectives because we believe people power progress.

We’re looking for a highly organized and business‑savvy operator to join the Office of the EVP as our Program Manager / Junior Chief of Staff for the Digital Experience Business Unit.

You'll partner with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership to run the business rhythm of a 1,000‑plus‑person global organization, driving clarity, accountability, and execution across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership, with exposure to executive decision‑making.

This will be a hybrid role working between your home office and our Burlington MA headquarters. Candidates must be local to this location to be considered, as we can not offer any relocation packages at this time.

In This Role You Will
  • Run the operating system for the Digital Experience (DX) business – own the day‑to‑day cadence (staff meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, goal setting, planning cycles, offsites). Have a view of the entire business and how it is run.
  • Drive execution and accountability – track decisions, follow up on action items, and ensure priorities move forward.
  • Build executive communications – based on predefined requirements, develop decks and materials for Quarterly Business Reviews, Sales Kickoffs, and All‑Hands meetings; summarize key business updates.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives – connect Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to deliver high‑impact outcomes.
  • Streamline operations – improve processes, meeting quality, and decision‑making efficiency.
  • Manage data and insights – work with Finance and Business Intelligence to maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting packs.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant – align leadership time and communication with top business priorities.
Your Background
  • 2‑4 years of experience as a top performer in Business Operations, Program Management, or Consulting, ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven ability to run cross‑functional projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data — able to interpret metrics and build insights that inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills (PowerPoint, Miro, Google Slides, or similar).
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong systems thinking and process design capabilities.
  • Exceptional capacity for learning rapidly across a variety of different disciplines.
  • Highly ambitious and self‑motivated with a desire to learn and grow your career.
Additionally, It Would Be Beneficial If You Have
  • Experience supporting or working closely with executive leadership.
  • Experience with business tools (Asana, Tableau, Power

    BI, or similar).
  • Interest in AI‑enabled productivity and experimentation with emerging tech.
