Pro Sidian seeks a Project and Contract Management Specialist [DOE
0084083] for Program Support on a contract-contingent basis located primarily across the CONUS in Richland, Washington, supporting DOE EM Hanford. This is an exempt W2 position with no overtime pay. The role supports a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
- Develop solicitations, evaluate proposals, support awards, administer contracts, and ensure FAR/DEAR compliance.
- Support Program Office #04 Assistant Manager for River and Plateau (AMRP) under Job Task #04.01; provide project and contract management, project controls, regulatory compliance, engineering consulting, waste management, and groundwater remediation support.
- Coordinate contract change packages, analyze contract change requests, track deliverables, maintain project files, facilitate meetings, and support invoice reviews to improve project management efficiency.
- Prepare and coordinate contract change packages, administer contract correspondence, facilitate meetings, support task orders, and manage financial and structural aspects to ensure effective project execution.
- Work location is the Pacific Northwest region (Richland, WA) with on-site responsibilities at Hanford Field Office (HFO); some remote support may be approved by the Contracting Officer.
- 5–8+ years of federal procurement/contract support; DOE experience preferred.
- BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; certifications desirable.
- Skills:
contract administration, cost/price analysis, compliance, Excel, SharePoint. - Competencies:
detail orientation, negotiation, communication, and scheduling discipline.
- Lead compliant contract file builds and closeouts; project/contract management oversight.
- Job tasks related to Hanford Field Office (HFO) General Support Services (GSS); staffing levels may vary by up to ±15% during performance.
- Travel: as approved in writing by the CO, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
- Security: DOE clearance as required; facility clearance for Pro Sidian team members and subcontractors performing classified work.
- Place of Performance:
Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA; on-site with some remote work as approved. - Government-furnished resources: on-site office space, computers, and required software at HFO.
