• Manage existing contracts, ensuring relationship maintenance and compliance with service expectations
• Enhance customer relationships through community involvement and public engagement
• Coordinate activities with various departments to meet contract and service goals
• Develop strategies to strengthen service offerings and maximize contract value
• Oversee bid responses, including pricing analysis and reporting

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, Political Science, or Economics, or five or more years of applicable experience in government relations, outside sales, public service, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in addition to educational requirements
• Must reside and work in the U.S.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, Political Science, or Economics, or a similar area of study
• Additional five or more years of applicable experience
