As part of the Sourcing Center of Excellence team, the Sr. Business Analyst will provide the Global Sourcing Leadership Team with analytical support for sourcing and purchasing efforts across approximately $10 billion of direct and indirect goods and services.

• Provide project‑level analytical support for sourcing initiatives across Ports, Shore Excursions, Technical, IT, Food & Beverage, Hotel, Freight, Marketing, Air Travel, Retail, and sustainable sourcing initiatives.
• Gather, organize, reconcile, clean large data sets and conduct relevant analyses.
• Identify insights, synthesize results, and prepare management presentations (Power Point) for executive level (CFO, CPO).
• Build dashboards with key performance indicators, interactive selections by category and time periods.
• Understand end‑to‑end supply chain processes, create process maps, identify inefficiencies, and develop implementation plans.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders from all nine brands worldwide.
• Coaching other Business Analysts on data analytics.
• Support and lead sourcing efforts: execute the 7‑Step Sourcing Process from data analysis, market research, RFP, vendor negotiations to implementation.
• Track financial savings with Category Leads, PMO, and Finance; monitor risks and report on value‑add initiatives.
• Collaborate with systems teams to improve sourcing systems, ensure data reliability, and drive adoption of eSourcing tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business analytics.
• Prior experience in a commercial or operational reporting environment.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and SQL‑based reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL (Oracle/Microsoft SSMS) and database design concepts.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Hyperion, Tableau, and Workforce Management systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Leadership of small sourcing initiatives with definition and execution of strategy.
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills to monitor savings and identify risks.
• Proficiency in querying large data sets using SQL, Access, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Innovative solutions for improving sourcing system functionality and resolving issues.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ethical conduct, integrity, honesty, and respectful treatment of others.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Professionalism in all interactions and tasks.

Work primarily in a climate‑controlled environment.
Travel:
Less than 25% with shipboard travel likely.
In‑office role; employees work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday; home offices Monday and Friday.
