The Jr. Strategic Partner will be developing, growing, maintaining business and partner relationships and fostering new, innovative collaboration, which allow partnerships to thrive, identifying opportunities for new partnerships and maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.
The team is responsible for managing and cultivating Zebra's most strategic relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for both our internal and external stakeholders. This position requires high levels of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership skills as you will be called upon to identify and drive our top initiatives while working cross-functionally, co-located with our Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Legal teams.
The focus will be on a new set of partners within Healthcare, Public Safety/Government, Manufacturing, Field Services, and AI-first integrations. Within this group of verticals an increased emphasis on Developers and Solutions Architect relations to develop solutions with Zebra and top-tier technology partners.
This position reports to the Holtsville, NY office hybrid 3 days per week.
Responsibilities- Champion and lead new workshops and outside the box approaches to delivering cost savings, and revenue generation
- Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
- Connect, coordinate, build plans, projects, initiatives with internal stakeholders to expand, leverage, innovate new solutions with partners.
- Analyze partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.
- Lead customized complex technical integration negotiation with our strategic partners.
- Provide a strategic perspective to product and engineering teams, delivering critical business insights and launching initiatives that support our strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with the product and engineering teams to define product priorities and roadmap; work with the marketing team to define partner marketing initiatives.
- Enable partner deal support, cross functional planning, relationship management, and analytical insights
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with all levels of management internally and externally to strengthen partnerships and maximize benefit for our internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing partners, independently managing the negotiation process from exploration, discussion, term sheet, contract, execution, and launch.
- Develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive reductions in time, cost plus new growth and revenue opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
- Interest in developing, growing, maintaining business and partner relationships and fostering new, innovative collaboration, which allow partnerships to thrive, identifying opportunities for new partnerships and maintaining and strengthening existing relationships. (0+ years experience)
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills and ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete plans
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with great attention to detail
- Highly analytical with the ability to consume, process and transform large amounts of information into actionable insights
- Must demonstrate strong business acumen and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Must be able to travel about 10%, reporting to a Zebra office Holtsville, NY 3 days a week.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfort with ambiguity, and excellent interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of humor
- Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations
- Beginner systems knowledge in assigned functional area
- Microsoft Excel - intermediate skills
- Microsoft PowerPoint - beginner to intermediate
- Presentation skills - basic skills required. Some formal training in public speaking/presentation skills preferred
