Team Lead B2B Account Management (m/f/d)

We are partnering with a leading European e-commerce company – a publicly listed powerhouse in the beautiful living sector, operating across 20+ countries with continued strong growth. They are now expanding their B2B division in the DACH region and seeking an experienced Team Lead to drive performance and shape the future of professional client services.
This is a high-impact leadership role serving key professional customers including architects, interior designers, project developers, office fitters, and hospitality businesses – delivering curated furniture, decor, and full-service solutions from concept to installation.
Key Responsibilities
Own strategic and operational responsibility for a dedicated B2B customer segment
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, driving results through clear KPIs and continuous development
Design and optimise sales processes, structures, and best practices for acquisition, retention, and upselling
Partner closely with senior leadership to scale the overall B2B business
Champion a customer- and data-driven culture, delivering executive-level reporting
Provide hands-on support in complex projects and strategic client deals
Your Profile
5+ years in B2B account management or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership position (ideally in furniture, home & living, or lifestyle sectors)
Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic environments using data and KPIs to achieve targets
Strong leadership skills with empathy, clear communication, and a coaching approach
Entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatic hands-on attitude, and experience with CRM and analytics tools
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (team and C-level)
Fluent in German and English (additional languages advantageous)

€63,000 – €83,000
(depending on experience)
