You will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy through data‑driven insights, analysis, and execution.
- Create and refine selection lists using predictive models and advanced analytics, leveraging segmentation, scoring, and performance data to target high‑value prospects with precision.
- Create and manage campaign files, ensuring all necessary data, assets, and documentation are compiled and organized for smooth execution. This includes coordinating with teams, maintaining version control, and meeting deadlines for timely delivery of campaign materials.
- Build and maintain marketing creative databases, ensuring consumer universes are clean, accurate, and actionable for campaign execution.
- Identify and evaluate new population segments, products, and markets to uncover growth opportunities across list‑based marketing channels.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative teams to assign and refine campaign assets that resonate with key audiences; design and analyze A/B tests to enhance the consumer journey.
- Translate marketing performance into business impact by delivering insights that connect campaign metrics to outcomes such as revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
