Position: Marketing Operations Manager (Remote US)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage internal team workflows, performance, and prioritization to ensure timely and quality deliverables
  • Own key client relationships and ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence
  • Support audits across CRM/MAP environments and translate technical insights into actionable recommendations
  • Lead internal and client-facing meetings, providing updates on project statuses and strategic recommendations
  • Mentor team members and share best practices to enhance the overall Rev Ops practice
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations
  • At least 2‑3 years of team management experience
  • Strong fluency in project management tools like Asana and time tracking tools like Harvest
  • Deep expertise in one or more Rev Ops/Mar Ops platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships as both a primary and secondary point of contact
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience conducting audits and technical diagnostics related to revenue and marketing operations
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, particularly with Account Strategists/Directors
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence Director‑level stakeholders
  • A proactive, detail‑oriented, data‑driven mindset with an ownership mentality
