Senior Regional Consultant, Head of Business Development

• Identify and establish new firm relationships to drive growth in the RIA market
• Act as the senior executive to manage interest from high-value prospects and close new business opportunities
• Implement an effective client engagement model to develop a pipeline of viable prospects
• Lead engagement with key centers of influence and provide strategic insights on market trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales initiatives and client onboarding

• 10+ years of sales experience in the financial services industry
• 3+ years of direct supervision or managerial experience, preferably of a sales team
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• FINRA licenses:
  Series 6, 63, and 65; and/or 7 and 66; and Series 24 or 26
• Public speaking experience

• Strong proficiency in investment management and financial advisory business
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Experience with technology stacks planning and investment management approaches
• Proven track record of building effective networks to generate business
