the Role

We aspire to cultivate a team equipped with unmatched expertise, agility, and dedication to excellence. We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business/Sales Development Representative to drive client acquisition, qualify leads, and support our Go-To-Market strategy. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage prospects, and collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and research potential clients who could benefit from Nuvolar’s Salesforce consulting and IT services, using tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lusha.
  • Build and maintain structured lead lists in Salesforce, enriching them with key information and aligning with ideal customer profiles.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, Linked In, and phone, tailoring messaging to client needs.
  • Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to assess readiness and fit.
  • Understand client technology environments, especially Salesforce setups, to ensure proper qualification.
  • Schedule discovery calls and hand over qualified leads to Sales Directors.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize outreach strategies and provide feedback for Go-To-Market improvements.
  • Log and track all prospecting activities in Salesforce, maintaining full pipeline visibility.
  • Analyze prospecting performance to inform lead generation tactics and GTM strategy refinements.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in Business Development or Sales Development, ideally in Salesforce consulting or IT services.
  • Proven track record in outbound lead generation and lead qualification.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Adaptability in outreach strategies based on industry, company size, and client maturity.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in Spanish and professional English (oral and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Bonus:
    Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications.
