As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, foster client partnerships, and strengthen our competitive edge within the localization and translation sector. Key Responsibilities:- B2B Sales and Market Expansion:
- Identify, research, and proactively engage prospective B2B clients within the European market.
- Develop tailored business proposals and solutions to address varying client needs.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clearly articulate our value proposition.
- Lead complex negotiations, close new deals, and oversee effective handover to client service teams.
- Monitor industry trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to spot emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing client support.
- Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate sales pipeline data and reports to ensure performance tracking.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are highly advantageous.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the localization, translation, or language services industry.
- Solid understanding of the European market landscape and client requirements.
- Exceptionally strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully building new business relationships and exceeding targets.
- Self‑motivated, resourceful, and results‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Adaptable and collaborative approach, thriving both independently and within diverse teams.
- Full‑time, hybrid position based in UAE.
- Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
