- Flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity
- Fluent in English (US/UK) with a B2 level or equivalent in French
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for understanding the business and revenue teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in customer success operations or related fields
