Senior Product Manager – Conversion Domain

To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Manager to join our Conversion domain in Italy.

Conversion is at the heart of Prima’s competitive advantage— this is your chance to lead and shape one of our most strategic and impactful areas.

As part of this team, you’ll help us generate value for our Spanish business in ways that solve customer problems – informed by our design/UX, data and business strategy. From discovery to delivery, you’ll work closely with designers, engineers and analysts to build solutions that are beautiful, functional and measurable.

• Product definition: defining the detailed roadmap and product specifications for a number of complex use cases within the motor insurance sales funnel.
• Prioritization and planning: prioritising and planning the product development efforts, by partnering with the development team, product and business leaders.
• Product delivery: collaborating with a cross-functional agile team to deliver on your plans, organising and taking part in the day-to-day work and making sure that everyone is working towards the same goals.
• Stakeholder management: your stakeholders will include the online sales and pricing & underwriting departments, senior management and any Prima business area with an interest in the online sales flow. You will be responsible for gathering information about their needs and priorities, synthesising them in your product roadmap and specs, and keeping them updated and aligned.

• At least 3 years of experience as product manager of software products working in a cross‑functional team
• Lean approach to solving complex business problems
• Great verbal, and written communication skills in Spanish and in English, with the ability to articulate technically and strategically complex concepts to all audiences at all levels
• A pragmatic approach, the ability to thrive under the pressure of hitting targets
• A good understanding/awareness of data modelling and data implications when defining products
• Able to work independently in ambiguous situations

• Experience in building and managing online sales funnels
• Knowledge of the insurance sector or other regulated industries
