The VP, Supply Chain will lead strategy and scale our supply‑chain operations orting to the COO, you will oversee end‑to‑end supply chain, including logistics, fulfillment, planning, procurement, co‑packing relationships and contracts. You will build and expand the team to ensure Bobbie hits its business milestones.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the supply chain.
• Execute the strategy to scale supply chain to support growth.
• Manage a skilled team across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Fulfillment and Manufacturing.
• Partner with Regulatory, Quality, Product Development and Safety teams for compliance, quality and food safety.
• Define, own and monitor KPIs; report performance to leadership.
• Support commercialization of new products and renovations to ensure effective flow.
• Own COGS and Logistics expense; develop multi‑year reduction strategy.
• Review monthly COGS performance with the Executive Team.
• Build the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and 5‑year Strategic Plan for COGS and logistics expenses.
• Work closely with Finance to re‑forecast the Latest Estimate as required.
• Build, mentor and develop a high‑performing leadership team.
• Drive a culture of operational excellence and workforce engagement.
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory and Safety teams to ensure strict compliance with FDA, OSHA, cGMP and other standards.
• Proactively manage risk with best‑in‑class food safety and quality control programs.

• At least 10 years of direct experience in leading operations, supply chain or similar functions with people management.
• Understanding of warehousing and transportation, both internal and 3PL.
• Experience in infant formula, food, beverage or similarly regulated products.
• Direct experience managing products in Retail and eCommerce.
• Expertise in ERP, planning tools, BI reporting and collaboration tools.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong integrity.
