• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of small business customer applications for software and payment processing
• Act as a liaison between prospective customers and payment processors through proactive communication
• Gather, prepare, and submit necessary documentation for the underwriting process
• Conduct outbound calls to acquire required documents and business information from prospective customers
• Support new merchants to reduce churn and enhance their onboarding experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of experience in software support or sales
• Extreme attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent phone presence and strong professional writing skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment while managing multiple tasks

• Experience with Salesforce and Stripe
• Underwriting experience in the financial industry
