- Support new merchants to reduce churn and enhance their onboarding experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in software support or sales
- Extreme attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent phone presence and strong professional writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment while managing multiple tasks
- Experience with Salesforce and Stripe
- Underwriting experience in the financial industry
