Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers and driving first-order revenue across AMER
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy for both installed and whitespace accounts within the ideal customer profile
  • Generate consistent pipeline and manage deal progression across a high volume of target accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to refine processes that support new business growth
  • Utilize CRM tools to forecast and coach the sales team based on data-driven insights
Qualifications
  • Experience leading high-performing sales teams in open source, Dev Ops, or SaaS environments with a focus on new logo acquisition
  • Proven background in building and coaching Account Executives to create a sales pipeline and close deals
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute scalable sales strategies for diverse account bases across AMER
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Outreach
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in complex B2B environments with a successful track record in driving new business
  • Awareness of regional nuances and go-to-market dynamics across AMER
