• Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-6 years of experience in claims handling and/or corporate training
• Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Moderate analytical and quantitative skills
• Valid driver s license and acceptable driving record

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Access
• Familiarity with claims and negotiation techniques, technology, and customer relations management
