    • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Provide administrative and customer support activities for the business
  • Enter and maintain client data in CRM and Project Management software
  • Assist in resolving client questions and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Answer calls and provide immediate service to client inquiries
  • Assist the Business Owner in day-to-day duties critical to the success of the company

    • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office environment
  • Independent work ethic and professional positive attitude
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Google Apps, and various web technologies
