• Design and execute complex qualitative and quantitative analyses, synthesizing research into comprehensive summaries
• Prepare client deliverables, including strategy presentation materials and supporting documents, and assist in client meetings
• Develop project work plans, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate with related work streams and stakeholders
• Support business development, recruiting, and equity initiatives within the organization
• Communicate results effectively to clients and project teams

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, government agencies, foundations, non-profit organizations, or the private sector
• Undergraduate degree required;
  Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills
• High level of emotional intelligence and strong communication abilities
• English language fluency; proficiency in other languages is a plus

• Demonstrated interest in global and/or domestic social impact sectors
• Experience or understanding of the communities served by the employer and clients
• Intellectual curiosity, humility, and a commitment to continual improvement and innovation
