Regional Sales Administrator, Remote

• Support Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in managing sales priorities and achieving sales goals
• Process order entry, billing, and customer forecast/planning management
• Monitor and track all shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt
• Maintain accurate shipment records in the system and generate regular status reports
• Assist in setting up new customers in SAP/Salesforce

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant 4+ years of work experience
• Strong business system and application experience, particularly with SAP and Excel
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues

• Experience in a similar sales support role within the manufacturing sector
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Suite
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaboration with functional teams
• Previous experience in logistics or shipment tracking
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
