Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Operations professionals, fostering accountability and innovation
  • Oversee the design and distribution of sales reporting, ensuring insights align with business goals

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Salesforce administration skills or equivalent CRM expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Google Suite, and reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on collaboration
  • Proven project and time management abilities with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leveraging AI to maximize team productivity
  • Background in developing training programs for team members
  • Familiarity with educational technology products and their impact on learning
