Role OverviewWe're one of the top 5 mattress brands in the US, and we're looking for a partnership strategist who can build revenue engines, not just manage relationships. This role will drive significant revenue growth through premium editorial placements and strategic affiliate relationships that convert at scale.
You'll establish and scale performance-driven partnerships with tier-1 publishers, content sites, and affiliate networks—turning editorial relationships into measurable revenue while maintaining our 3:1 ROAS constraint.
What Is In It For YouThis isn't just another business development role. This is your chance to become a true industry architect.
1. Build a Revenue Engine, Not Just RelationshipsYou'll structure deals with Forbes, CNET, Sleep Foundation, and Wirecutter/NYT that generate millions in attributable revenue. You'll negotiate terms, optimize attribution models, and continuously refine campaigns based on EPC, ROAS, and conversion data. Most partnership managers maintain existing relationships—you'll build a portfolio that compounds value quarter over quarter.
2. Partner with the 1%🏆 Top 5 Mattress Brand in US with Over $1 Billion USD in Sales
💡 Work with Forbes Council Member CEO
Gain firsthand exposure to strategic decisions and high-velocity execution that drives a global brand.
3. Embrace Radical FlexibilityRemote-first culture with genuine work-life integration. No commute. No cubicle. Just results. Design your workday around peak performance hours, not arbitrary office schedules. We measure output and impact, not time spent online.
4. Gain Competitive Advantage Through SpeedWhile competitors spend months in approval cycles, you'll test, iterate, and scale winning partnerships in weeks. You'll develop instincts for what converts before most teams finish their quarterly planning meetings.
