Process Improvement Consultant

Our client is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant to design and implement business‑critical processes that support enterprise teams. In this role, you’ll partner across data, analytics, strategy, and governance to turn high‑level ideas into clear, scalable playbooks and frameworks. You’ll operate as an influencer—not a tool or product owner—driving consistency, efficiency, and measurable results.

This is an opportunity for professionals who enjoy building processes from the ground up, simplifying complex ways of working, and delivering practical outcomes in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery and assessment of current workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Design and document end‑to‑end processes and playbooks, including standards for data and analytics practices
  • Standardize scalable best practices that can be reused across initiatives
  • Partner with subject matter experts while owning overall process design and cohesion
  • Define KPIs and metrics to track performance, ROI, and impact
  • Support change management by influencing adoption without direct authority
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and improve processes
  • Continuously refine processes to ensure long‑term sustainability
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business process analysis, or related consulting/operations roles
  • Proven experience creating processes and playbooks from scratch
  • Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certification a plus)
  • Experience supporting data, analytics, or BI‑related processes
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑influencing skills
  • Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable process outcomes
Eligibility Requirements
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.
