• Manage the entire life cycle of the defined product line, from strategic planning to end-of-life activities
• Conduct market studies, including Voice of Customer (VOC) efforts, to identify new market opportunities
• Develop and implement product pricing strategies to maximize profitability and sales
• Interface with internal departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
• Coach the sales team on product application information and profitability equations

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 2+ years of experience in product management, brand management, or business development within a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with stage-gate New Product Development (NPD) processes and product lifecycle simplification
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software

• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Passion for technology, innovation, and customer engagement
• Previous experience in long-term contract negotiations
• Established professional networks within the industry
• Willingness to travel primarily in North America
